When to use this

  • Store-wide sales (10% off everything)
  • Permanent loyalty discounts for all customers
  • Simple promotions that don’t need spend thresholds

How to set it up

  1. Click + Create Discount and select % Off Order under Order Discounts
  2. Enter the discount percentage (e.g. 10)
  3. Save Draft, preview, then Publish

Tips

  • Combine with Targeting to limit this to specific customer roles or products
  • Use Scheduling to run this as a time-limited sale
  • Set a maximum discount cap in Global Settings to protect margins
