What data we collect and why

Beta sign-up email addresses

When you sign up for Beta access via the form on our homepage, we collect your email address. We use this to send you product updates and early-access information. We use Mailerlite to manage this list. Mailerlite's privacy policy is available at mailerlite.com.

We will not send you unsolicited marketing email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us directly.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Railway) may retain standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date/time) for a limited period for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to identify individuals.

Analytics

We do not currently use any third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) on this site.

Cookies

This site does not set any first-party cookies. If you sign up via a third-party email form (Mailerlite), that service may set its own cookies — please refer to their privacy policy.

Your rights (UK/EU)

If you are located in the UK or European Union, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

Data retention

We retain email addresses on our Beta list until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We will not keep your data for longer than necessary.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Railway. Email list management is handled by Mailerlite. Please review each provider's privacy policy for details of their data practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
